4WD & Vehicle Accessories fitter (Full-time)

 

MCC4x4 accessories is seeking an energetic & reliable person to join our workshop team.
Applicants must have mechanical, electrical and welding experience, which may include installing bull bars, rear bars, roof racks, side steps, canopies etc.
A passion for 4WD's and trade experience is essential.

The successful applicant must be self motivated and be able to demonstrate good workshop and communication skills
The person needs to be a team player who is reliable and able to work within given timeframes. 
They must be well organized and maintain a clean work environment.

 

Sales & Administration Officer (Full- Time)
 
 
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales and Admin Officer focusing predominantly on the growing 4WD business. 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who is keen to expand their knowledge and skills within this industry and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Working as part of a small, friendly team, your customer service expertise will enable you to not only meet, but to exceed customer expectations. This will include :
 
  • Accurate and efficient processing of orders
  • Handling all product, service and order enquiries promptly
  • Being proactive in advising customers of any changes in their order/service requests and offering acceptable alternate solutions
  • Naturally, you will have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing a first-rate customer service experience.

To be successful you will also:
  • Have exceptional attention to detail with proficient numerical and analytical skills
  • Be highly organised and dedicated to timely follow through
  • Have proficiency in the MS Office software
  • Thrive in a busy and sometimes demanding environment
  • Be self-motivated, open to learning and love working as a part of a small team


You tasks will include but not be limited to:
  • Customer Service; order processing, incoming and outbound phone calls, emails, quotes, web and in store enquiries
  • Inventory Control and integrity, identifying stock requirements, ordering, receipt and dispatch
  • Website management; updating new and obsolete products and processing online sales
  • Showroom product placement, labelling and signage
  • General administration and assisting with all other aspects of the business
